OREANDA-NEWS. The unregistered presidential candidate of Belarus, Valery Tsepkalo, announced the formation of the National Salvation Front.

One of the goals of this organization is “to protect the democratic choice of the Belarusian people from massive and violent falsifications on the part of the authorities,” the statement posted on the politician’s Telegram channel says. Other goals of creating this association are “the mobilization of the Belarusian people to fight against violations of the Constitution” and “the struggle to preserve the national sovereignty, democracy and freedom of Belarus.”

In the video message, Tsepkalo said that he left Belarus, after which he visited Russia, Ukraine and Poland. In the near future, he intends to go to Latvia and Lithuania. In these countries, he holds meetings with the Belarusian diaspora to unite in order to “surround Belarus.”
