This was announced on Friday by the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

The presidents of Russia and France had a telephone conversation on Thursday before the start of a video conference of the G20 leaders. The Kremlin’s press service then reported that the heads of state informed each other about measures introduced in Russia and France to counteract the spread of coronavirus infection and minimize negative socio-economic consequences, as well as reaffirming the spirit of further coordination in returning citizens of the two countries to their homeland and ensuring conditions for the transportation of medical devices and equipment.

According to the latest data, the number of cases of coronavirus infection in France has reached almost 30 thousand, the deaths - 1696. Since March 17, restrictions on the movement of citizens around the country have been in force in France.
