Russia will not expel foreigners until September 30 inclusive, if they have not committed offenses, the Kremlin press service reports, citing the decree of President Vladimir Putin.
It is noted that the exception is made by foreigners released from places of detention, who violated the legislation on the state border of the Russian Federation, or pose a threat to national security.
Foreigners in the Russian Federation have the right, by September 30, to apply to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a statement on the settlement of their legal status or to leave the country, the Kremlin press service reports with reference to the decree of President Vladimir Putin.
