OREANDA-NEWSChairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Alexei Kudrin on Friday signed with his colleague from the State Audit Office of Serbia Dushko Peyović an updated cooperation agreement that will take into account the modern realities of the activities of the supreme audit bodies of countries. “The new agreement will help us to be more successful and modern”, Kudrin said.

He also thanked the Serbian side for the warm welcome and the opportunity to exchange experiences. According to him, Russia and Serbia have the opportunity to continue cooperation, and the signing of the agreement, which will not be just a formal document, will help in this process. The Chairman of the Accounts Chamber told his Serbian colleague about the openness of the department and its application of the latest technological solutions.

Until that moment, the basis for cooperation between the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and the State Audit Office of Serbia was a cooperation agreement of June 6, 2011.
