Murashko later noted that vaccine supplies to medical institutions had begun as part of the third phase of the study.

Shortly before this, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin invited Muscovites over 18 years old to take part in post-registration studies of the COVID-19 vaccine without health problems. The total number of participants is expected to be about 40 thousand people. You can apply for participation in the research as a volunteer on the portal of the Moscow authorities.

Meanwhile, the minister said that the vaccine was created, including with the involvement of voluntary donations. "The development of the vaccine also received voluntary donations so that additional equipment could be purchased, including for clinical research, for production," said Murashko.
