OREANDA-NEWSThe Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommended that Russians temporarily refrain from traveling to Italy, Iran and South Korea due to an outbreak of coronavirus infection in these countries. This is stated in a message posted on the website of the foreign ministry.

The ministry advised compatriots in these countries to transfer their contact details to the Russian embassies in Rome, Tehran and Seoul. In addition, Russian citizens should contact the contact center of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to provide their personal data, their preferred type of contact and their actual location for accounting and further regular notification of planned response measures due to the spread of coronavirus.

The ministry also advised compatriots to install the “Foreign Assistant” mobile application on a smartphone. Authorities haven't restricted air transportation to Italy yet, due to the coronavirus
