The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation considers it expedient to transfer students unvaccinated from coronavirus to "remote control" depending on the epidemiological situation in the region, as well as organize a special regime for visiting the buildings of the university for them, follows from the recommendations at the disposal of RIA Novosti.

"Taking into account the epidemiological situation in each specific constituent entity of the Russian Federation, it is advisable for organizations: ... to make a decision on the organization of educational activities using e-learning, distance educational technologies - for students of all forms of education who have not been vaccinated against coronavirus infection or have contraindications to vaccination", - says the document.

In addition, it follows from the recommendations that a special regime for visiting educational buildings is established for such students.

On August 8, the Head of the Ministry of Education and Science answered the question about vaccination of students against coronavirus. There are no requirements for compulsory vaccination of students against coronavirus in the Russian Federation, said the head of the Ministry of Education and Science Valery Falkov.

"There are no mandatory vaccination requirements for all students, including foreigners. But if they wish, foreign students who have a compulsory medical insurance policy can get a vaccine. They can get vaccinated at their own expense," Falkov quotes Echo of Moscow.

The minister also added that universities can organize the vaccination of foreign students who want to, at their own expense, such a recommendation has been given to educational organizations.
