According to the Komsomolskaya Pravda website, the young man was detained not far from the holiday village in Pavshino on May 19th. With him he had a bag with a narcotic substance. He admitted to the operatives that it was hashish.

Peter Lobov is the son of Mikhail Lobov, the head of the Department of Policy and Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights of the Council of Europe. The organization itself, which is the oldest international organization in Europe, and the one that developed and helped to adopt the “European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms”. Peter was born in France in the city of Strasbourg. It is there that the headquarters of the Council of Europe is located.
