St. Petersburg Tightened Restrictions on Coronavirus

So, in the period from 2:00 to 6:00 in the morning, the work of cafes and restaurants is prohibited. Exceptions are take-out and delivery services.
In addition, entertainment at catering facilities is not permitted, food courts and children's rooms are shut down.
The ban also includes leisure facilities, except for water parks, aquariums, fitness centers.
Cinemas in St. Petersburg were obliged to reduce the occupancy rate from 75 to 50%.
In addition, the celebration of the best graduates "Ball of Medalists" was canceled in the city.
In the fan zones of Euro 2020, catering and the sale of food, with the exception of drinks, are prohibited.
Earlier, several Russian regions were forced to return quarantine restrictions due to the worsening situation with COVID-19. In particular, this affected the Republics of Buryatia and Mari-El, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, the Murmansk, Moscow, Volgograd and Kaliningrad regions, as well as the Khabarovsk Territory.
According to the operational headquarters, in Russia for the entire time of the pandemic, more than 5.2 million cases of coronavirus have been detected, more than 4.8 million people have recovered, and another 127 thousand have died.
