Suspect Fell Out of the Window of the Main Investigative Department Building in Moscow
OREANDA-NEWS. The man fell out of the window of the fourth floor of the building of the Main Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow. He was on trial for fraud, and in the corridor of the institution he was waiting for a confrontation, the Telegram channel «112» reports.
According to the Telegram channel, the man died in hospital. It turned out to be a former lawyer of the Military Construction Department of Moscow, 44-year-old Valery Kulish, who was sentenced to 12 years for fraud. He was on a new fraud case. The court hearing was scheduled for October 13.
The Main Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow is located at Novoslobodskaya Street, 45. The incident occurred today, October 12, at 13:50.
Earlier, Valery Kulish was on trial for fraud at the Military Construction Management of Moscow. At one time, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison, but later his sentence was reduced to 5.5 years. Kulish has repeatedly complained about the arbitrariness of the investigation, including to the President of the Russian Federation. He claimed that he executed illegal transactions for the sale of real estate by order of the head of JSC Alexey Dushutin.
