OREANDA-NEWS. You need to be vaccinated against coronavirus even in the heat, Andrei Tyazhelnikov, chief freelance specialist in primary health care for the adult population of the Moscow Department of Health, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Earlier, the leading expert of the Phobos weather center, Evgeny Tishkovets, told RIA Novosti that the current week in Central Russia will be marked by the indisputable dominance of the Scandinavian anticyclone, due to which it will warm up to + 25-30 in the middle of the week, and by the weekend the heat will increase to + 28 -33.

"Vaccination of fever will not hurt. On the contrary, you will reduce the risks of a dangerous disease, the course of which can be greatly aggravated by hot weather. Having been vaccinated, you will protect yourself and your loved ones from the risk of contracting a dangerous virus with unpredictable consequences," said Tyazhelnikov.

The former chief sanitary doctor of Russia, deputy Gennady Onishchenko, explained how you can protect yourself from contracting coronavirus infection while relaxing on the beach, Vesti: Primorye reports. To reduce the risks of coronavirus infection, beaches do not have to be completely closed. It is enough to maintain social distance, and additional protection will be provided by the rays of the sun.

"If people are nearby on the beach, shouting loudly, playing cards or eating together, there is certainly an opportunity to get infected," Onishchenko is sure.

At the same time, according to him, one should not discount the fact that ultraviolet radiation emanating from the sun detoxifies the air well. Therefore, the deputy believes, subject to epidemiological requirements, it is still possible to let strangers on the beaches of the sanatoriums.
