OREANDA-NEWS. The military of the Central Military District (Central Military District) sent four tankers to the flood zone to organize the supply of drinking water to residents of several areas of the Irkutsk region affected by the flood.  This was reported in the press service of the district.

 About two hundred tons of drinking water each day will be delivered to residents of the flood-affected areas in the Irkutsk region.  Water will be delivered by the military in tankers.

 “Two ATCT-5.6 tankers and two ATsPT-10 tankers of the Kuzbass logistics brigade of the Central Military District were delivered today by two Il-76 aircraft to the airfield of the city of Bratsk in the Irkutsk Region,” the message said.

 Earlier it was reported that about a thousand military personnel, about 300 units of military and special equipment, one An-12 aircraft and three Mi-8 helicopters were sent to the emergency area.
