OREANDA-NEWS. According to Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, many countries around the world are actively approving the use of the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, and there is also active interaction with the World Health Organization.

According to the press service of the Russian Ministry of Health, Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko discussed with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Hungary Peter Siyarto the issue of supplying the Russian Sputnik V vaccine to Hungary.

Murashko said at a meeting with the Hungarian representatives that the Russian Direct Investment Fund and the Hungarian side signed a contract for the supply of vaccines to Hungary.

Also, the manufacturer of the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine has requested permission from the Pakistani authorities for its emergency use, the Dawn newspaper reports, citing a source in the country's health ministry.

Negotiations are underway on the production or purchase of a Russian vaccine with Kyrgyzstan, Israel, Serbia, Lebanon, and a number of other European, South America and some Asian countries. Active vaccination with Sputnik B is in progress now in Argentina.
