The report of the Ministry of Natural Resources notes that traffic noise has a negative impact on the psyche of residents and can cause circulatory disorders.

It is noted that the most adverse effect of transport noise is its "non-specific effect on health".

"Primarily, this manifests itself in negative changes in the neuro-psychic sphere, of the circulatory system", - stated in the document.
