On the third of July, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Ukrainian troops deliberately shelled the territories of the Kursk and Belgorod regions with Tochka-U missiles and Reis drones on Sunday night. At the same time, the strike was carried out on residential areas where there are no military facilities.
