OREANDA-NEWS Assistants to State Duma deputies were advised not to travel abroad during the holidays, Vedomosti writes, citing four sources.

“When applying for a vacation in the personnel department, it is now required to manually write on the form that“ vacation abroad is not planned, ”said one of the interlocutors of the publication.

Also, a conversation is being held with the employee that the geopolitical situation is now difficult and it is better not to leave Russia.

What could be the consequences if the assistant to the deputy signs under the fact that he does not plan to go abroad, but then breaks his promise, the employees are not told.

According to another source, there is no direct ban on traveling abroad, such instructions are advisory in nature.

Another interlocutor in the State Duma noted that some assistants to deputies have access to classified documents, so it is logical that you need to ask permission to leave. At the same time, employees can travel to the CSTO countries without restrictions.

Earlier, a State Duma deputy from United Russia, Sultan Khamzaev, announced the need to significantly limit the possibility of Russian civil servants traveling abroad.
