OREANDA-NEWSPresident of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky described Ukraine’s relations with Russia as very complex. "We have a very difficult situation with Russia", he said, answering journalists' questions during a joint briefing with Estonian President Kersti Kaljulajd in Tallinn. “We started a dialogue with Russia”, he said. “To be honest, it will be launched at the Norman meeting of four leaders (Germany, Russia, Ukraine, France)”.

Zelensky mentioned the conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin the day before. "We discussed that the year is ending and we need to agree on the signing of a new long-term gas agreement. For us, this is a priority. It's also necessary for the energy security of the whole of Europe", the president said. The Norman Four summit will be held in Paris on December 9.

A meeting of the leaders of the "Norman Four" (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France). At the same time, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, a face-to-face meeting between Putin and Zelensky isn't planned.
