Her hiring highlights the continued expansion of BMC’s Digital Service Management (DSM) leadership team in response to surging demand for digital services that enable IT to manage the complexity of multi-source environments, empower employees to operate at higher levels of productivity, and drive innovation with lines of business.

Prior to joining BMC, Nayyar served as general manager and global head of SAP’s Internet of Things (IoT) go-to-market group. She previously led the cloud initiatives for SAP’s customer engagement product division, where she drove significant growth in the company’s cloud, CRM, mobile, and integration business units. She was also CTO and VP of the enterprise architecture and application development divisions at Valero during the company’s rapid growth into the largest independent refining company in North America.
