ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in workforce management software, today announces that it has secured a new contract with Kambio for NEXUS FSTM Field Service Management software. Kambio has also joined ServicePower's partner ecosystem as a reseller of NEXUS FSTM within the automotive industry.
Toronto, Canada-based Kambio provides preventative auto maintenance services direct to consumers and fleets on-site and on-demand.
NEXUS FSTM provides Kambio with SaaS field service management capabilities, including customer and work order management, recently enhanced inventory management, dispatching, asset tracking and time cards. The enterprise level mobile dispatch tool, based on ServiceMobility, will provide Kambio with a robust, configurable mobile application to ensure field automotive technicians have all of the information required for each consumer and their vehicle, as well as the information and tools to complete contracted services in one visit. Kambio expects NEXUS FSTM to improve the productivity of its field based automotive technicians, while also improving the customer experience.
Also, as the latest addition to ServicePower's partner network, Kambio also will extend the reach of NEXUS FSTM to the automotive sector, through resale to manufacturers, dealers and automotive service providers in the North American market.
