OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia will create a conflict commission to resolve disputes in matters of network neutrality - a ban on discrimination of certain Internet resources.  This was announced on Monday by Deputy Minister Anatoly Golomolzin.

 "One of the proposals that was made at this meeting was to make the so-called conflict commission or dispute resolution body at the FAS advisory councils on information technology and communications. While the requirements of antimonopoly legislation may not  conflict situations ... require professional interpretations, so we agreed that we would create such a commission, "said Golomolzin.

 The deputy head of the service noted that this commission will include telecom operators, content and Internet providers, representatives of authorized departments.
