OREANDA-NEWS. Russian President Vladimir Putin has become the face of the cover of the August issue of the American Newsweek magazine.  The image with the Russian leader was published on Twitter edition.

"Can we stop him from hacking our choices and undermining our democracy?"  - reads the caption under his image.

The publication cites the words of FBI director Christopher Ray, who said that the Russians are trying to "oppose us to each other, sow discord, and undermine the Americans' belief in democracy."

The publication claims that “Russians will strike again,” which forces representatives of political campaigns who are preparing for the US presidential elections in 2020 to take into account and eliminate any possible vulnerabilities in technical systems.  Otherwise, according to the weekly, “the Russians will be able to use them as well as they did during the elections in 2016”.
