OREANDA-NEWS. The music festival "Heat", which was supposed to be held until June 27 at the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, has been canceled, spectators will be offered to return tickets for events or exchange them for tickets for next year, the organizers of the festival said.

Earlier, the press service of Rospotrebnadzor in the Moscow region said that the organizers of the festival are being checked for compliance with anti-epidemic standards.

"Due to the restrictions introduced by the decree of the Governor of the Moscow Region ... we regret to inform you about the impossibility of holding the event" Heat Fest. Thus, tickets purchased for the event on June 24-25-26-27, respectively, are not valid for entry," - said in a message posted on the festival's Instagram.

It is specified that viewers will be offered to return tickets or exchange them for the Heat Music Awards, scheduled for April 4, 2022, or for a festival in Baku, scheduled for July 27-31, 2022.

Earlier it was reported that on Wednesday, June 23, the opening of the jubilee, fifth International Music Festival "Heat" took place in Moscow. This year, for the first time, one of the most high-profile events of the summer was supposed to take place in the Russian capital, and not Baku, as it was before.

The organizers promised to immerse guests in an exciting show with the participation of two hundred top artists for five days.

The Heat Festival was supposed to be the only large-scale event that was not closed or postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Shortly before the opening of the festival, the organizers took the necessary measures to comply with all epidemiological norms and requirements. Therefore, spectators and famous guests had to wear masks and gloves, and also keep their distance.
