OREANDA-NEWS Israeli actress and model Gal Gadot received the role of movie star and inventor Hedy Lamarr in the new Showtime channel series. The writer of the tape will be one of the authors of "House of Cards" Sarah Trim.

Gadot will be able to convey the heavy character of Lamarr, says Showtime head Jan Vinograde, quoted by The Entertainment Weekly.

Sarah Trim in addition to writing the script will be involved in producing the project together with Warren Littlefield.
