OREANDA-NEWS Macmillan Publishers will release the Personal Record book by former National Security Agency employee Edward Snowden on September 17, 2019. In the manuscript, Snowden "tells the story of his life." The book will be available in 20 countries.

In August 2014, Snowden received a three-year residence permit, allowing him to move around Russia and abroad. In January 2017, the residence permit was extended to 2020. At the same time, Snowden said that he does not feel safe in Russia.
