OREANDA-NEWS Uzbekistan and Russia will actively cooperate and exchange experience in the field of innovative healthcare. On Tuesday, with reference to the agreement of the national chamber of innovative health of Uzbekistan and the National medical chamber of the Russian Federation, the press service of the national chamber of innovative health of Uzbekistan reported.

"Agreements on close cooperation with the National medical chamber of the Russian Federation were reached during the visit to Moscow of the delegation of the national chamber of innovative health of Uzbekistan, during which negotiations of delegations headed by the heads of the chambers Ravshan Isamov and Leonid Roshal were held," the report said.

It is noted that during the visit such issues as accreditation of doctors, compulsory medical insurance of citizens, the introduction of a system of continuous medical education and retraining were discussed.

As a result of the talks, the Russian side expressed its readiness to invite specialists from Uzbekistan to its leading medical educational centers and universities for consultations, recommendations and exchange of experience.

The national chamber of innovative healthcare of Uzbekistan was established in August 2018. It is an authorized organization in establishing effective cooperation with foreign and international organizations in the field of health. Among its main tasks-the introduction of an innovative model of health management, digitalization of the system of collection and analysis of medical statistics, the introduction of a system of registration of doctors and pharmacists and the creation of a single public electronic database.
