OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2011. A park featuring cartoon and animation will be built in Hefei, Anhui's capital city, where figures from native-made comics will greet visitors.

Ecology is another characteristics to be stressed in the park, as flowers will decorate the place all year around, and animals including parrots and squirrels will also be seen.

An ultra-five-star animation hotel is also on the blueprint, shaped as a vessel, with its name called "Noah's Ark".

Initial investment agreement has been reached so far.
