Eastman increases ESTERS prices on Oct. 01, 2016
OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2016. Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products Oct. 01, or as contracts allow. These increases are due to elevated operating costs, especially in raw materials.
EASTMAN™ N-BUTYL PROPIONATE, BU : Offlist Price increase of \\$USD 0.050/LB (\\$USD 0.110/KG) in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
EASTMAN™ N-PROPYL PROPIONATE, BU : Offlist Price increase of \\$USD 0.050/LB (\\$USD 0.110/KG) in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
This price increase is in addition to all previously announced increases. Eastman will implement a 100% sales control for products listed based on orders for the past six months, or as contract allows. Eastman requires 14 day lead time for rail car orders and 3 day lead time for truck orders.
