OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ sold 28,791 units of vehicles from January to October of 2017, among which 25,332 vehicles were sold in the Russian market (22%). By the end of this year, the company plans to sell over 38,000 cars, including deliveries for export, which is also more than the planned indicators for the year, reports KAMAZ's press service.

According to preliminary unaudited operating results for the first ten months of 2017, the company's revenue under IFRS from the beginning of the year reached 117.9 billion rubles (+ 26%), the net profit exceeded 3.5 billion rubles (there was a loss of 860 million rubles in the last year). Investments in the production were more than 11.2 billion rubles (+ 59%).

In October, KAMAZ increased the production by 9%, by producing 4,418 car kits. Since the beginning of the year, the unit's trucks have come off the assembly line, which is 14% more than in the same period of the last year. According to Sergey Kogogin, General Director of KAMAZ, this year's market growth exceeded the most optimistic forecasts.
