OREANDA-NEWS. Le Anne Trachok, a veteran financial leadership executive with extensive experience in health care, has been named senior vice president, Revenue Management, for Kaiser Permanente.

Trachok is filling a new national role for the organization, which just reported $64.6 billion in total operating revenue in 2016. She will be responsible and accountable for revenue cycle, risk-adjustment governance, consumer financial service experience and the finance program management office.

"We are excited about Le Anne’s arrival and about continuing our work together in support of excellent member service," said Kathy Lancaster, executive vice president and chief financial officer for Kaiser Permanente. "She becomes part of a team that will create greater alignment across several financial operations to effectively advance our work."

Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Trachok spent three years as chief strategy officer at Optum360 in Minnesota. She played a significant leadership role in the start-up of this new company. Trachok’s other past positions include serving as senior vice president, Finance-Revenue Operations for Dignity Health in San Francisco, as well as serving in leadership positions at Arthur Andersen LLP, UCLA Medical Center and Tenet Healthcare.

Trachok holds a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington & Jefferson College.
