OREANDA-NEWS. During the summer, three dozen of buses «NEFAZ», working on the compressed natural gas, were delivered to various regions of Russia, informed the press service of KAMAZ.

Since June of this year, 29 gasoline-powered buses NEFAZ-5299-30-31 were bought for passenger transportation. New equipment, produced at the Neftekamsk Automobile Plant, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in Bashkortostan, is already operated on urban routes in the Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk and Ryazan regions, the Perm Territory and Tatarstan.

Semi-low-floor city bus NEFAZ 5299-30-31 is equipped with a KAMAZ engine 820.61-260 («Euro-4») and it is adapted for transportation of persons with disabilities. The total passenger capacity of this model is 105 people.
