OREANDA-NEWS   Russian dealers of FAW began sales of a new average cross-over crossover Besturn X80 from April 26th. The novelty will be available in three trim levels - Standart, Comfort and Luxury. In the basic version, the car is equipped with a 2.0-liter engine paired with a manual transmission, and in more expensive trim levels, an automatic transmission is offered to this engine. So far, only the average configuration of Comfort has been announced - 1 million 149 thousand rubles.

As the press service of FAW-Eastern Europe informed, FAW Besturn X80 in the Comfort AT equipment is equipped with ABS, EBD, TCS, EBA, ESP, HSA, airbags, side mirrors with electric drive, electric hatch, air conditioning, heated front seats, cruise control, parking sensors, tire pressure sensors, a radio with 6 speakers and other options.

In the FAW Besturn X80 it is installed FAW 2.0-liter engine developed by the ET3 series, the capacity of power is 142 hp at 6500 rpm, and a maximum torque of 184 Nm is achieved at 4000 rpm. The fuel consumption is 8.2 liters per 100 km in a mixed cycle. The engine is combined with the automatic 6-speed transmission Aisin Seiki F21 of the second generation or 6-speed manual transmission.

The length of the car is 4586 mm, the width is 1820 mm, the height is 1695 mm, the wheelbase is 2675 mm, and the ground clearance is 190 mm. The Besturn X80 is equipped with an independent front suspension with a double wishbone and an E-shaped multi-link independent rear suspension.
