OREANDA-NEWS. Russian dealers of Nissan have completed sales of sedans Sentra and crossovers Pathfinder. The information about the termination of sales was confirmed in the press service of the company, by noting that now Nissan is focusing its attention in Russia on the crossovers produced in St. Petersburg, Qashqai, X-Trail and Murano.

Sedan Nissan Sentra came to the conveyor of the plant in Izhevsk in 2014, but at the beginning of this year the production was discontinued due to a fall in demand. The last few months the dealers sold out the cars they had produced earlier, the prices for the "Sentra" started from the mark of 976 thousand rubles. The Nissan Sentra sedan was fitted with a gasoline engine 1.6 (117 hp) in combination with a manual transmission or variator.

The production of a large seven-seat crossover Nissan Pathfinder began in 2014 at the company's plant in St. Petersburg. Last year, the production of the model was completed, but dealers continued to offer cars from existing stocks. The crossover had two options: with a V6 3.5 engine and a hybrid power plant with a capacity of 280 forces, and the starting price of the car was 2 million 755 thousand rubles. In 2014, Pathfinder became the first domestic-produced hybrid.
