OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2016. Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated® (CBOE®) announced today that it has added Pamela Culpepper to its management team as Chief Human Resources Officer. Culpepper, 51, reports to Alan J. Dean, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, CBOE Holdings, Inc.

Culpepper joined CBOE on April 11. Her appointment followed the retirement of Deborah Woods, Vice President, Human Resources, who retired at the end of February after 19 years with CBOE.

Culpepper will lead all apects of the company’s human resources areas, including talent acquisition, development and employee engagement initiatives. She also will serve as an advisor to CBOE’s senior leadership team, and will play a key role with the board and compensation committee.

Prior to joining CBOE, Culpepper held human resources positions at Wells Fargo Bank, Clorox Company, McKesson Corp. and multiple divisions of PepsiCo. Most recently, she led the human resources practice at Golin, Inc., a global communications firm.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas and a Master’s degree focused on organizational change from California State University.
