OREANDA-NEWS. In April, 2016 UniCredit Bank made it possible for micro- and small business customers to open deposits via BusinessNet/ BusinessNetPro internet banking systems, without leaving the office. Now this service is available only in few Ukrainian banks.

“Micro- and small business customers use every opportunity to save time and generate additional revenue. Understanding customers’ needs, UniCredit Bank is constantly improving its products and the quality of service. Now clients don’t need to visit bank’s branch to open the deposit. They can apply for deposit via internet banking in a few minutes,” – noted head of business clients division at UniCredit Bank Olga Polonska.  

To apply for deposit opening clients just need to select “Deposits” menu in the internet banking system, choose the deposit programme with the most suitable conditions and click "Open online" button. Customers can specify deposit amount, way of replenishment and term of deposit.

Once the deposit application is processed, а client will receive a confirmation e-mail to the internet banking system mailbox. If some data in the application is incorrect, the bank’s manager will call the client and help to fix it.

UniCredit Bank offers deposit programmes for SMEs ranging from 1 week to 12 months in duration at an interest rate up to 16.75% in UAH, 4.75% in USD and 4.25% in EUR.
