On Cancelling State Registration of Securities Issue of PJSC SDM-Bank
OREANDA-NEWS. Pursuant to Clause 19.3 of Bank of Russia Instruction No. 148-I, dated 27 December 2013, 'On the Procedure for Issuing Credit Institution Securities in the Russian Federation', the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District decided to cancel the state registration of the eleventh additional issue of securities of public joint-stock company SDM-Bank or PJSC SDM-Bank.
Type, category and form of securities - ordinary registered uncertified shares.
Individual state registration number - 10101637В011D.
Registration body - the Main Territorial Division of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow.
Date of cancellation of the state registration of the issue of securities - 22 April 2016.
The state registration of the eleventh additional issue of shares was cancelled following the recognition of the eleventh additional issue of shares void and registration by the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District of the report on the results of the additional issue of shares of the public joint-stock company SDM-Bank which contains information on its failure to place any shares.
Following the cancellation of the state registration of the eleventh additional issue of shares of PJSC SDM-Bank, any transactions with these securities, their advertising and disclosure of their buying and (or) selling prices are prohibited.
