OREANDA-NEWS.  February 12, 2008. "Finance and Credit" Bank broadens the list of services in Contact-centre.

The main Contact-centre functions are to perform information about Bank services and products, to service support of existing clients and new customers acquisition, reception and processing of electronic mail and on-line applications for consumer loans via alternative sales channels.

As for Alexander Tarasov, the Head of "Finance and Credit" Bank Contact-Centre: "Due to new hardware the Bank gained the platform which allows in combination with informational portal of Contact-centre operators to perform complete information for clients about products, services, current Bank promotions in addition to organise 24 hours support of Bank payment cards holders and trade enterprises of acquiring network, to process on-line applications for loan receipt and even to make an appointment with credit inspector in any Bank office.

The new system IVR of voice client servicing is implemented, which allows to receive, register and process clients optations according Bank work; except for that the "Call back" function is realized, the content of which is the following: the client in voice menu leaves his/her contact data, the reason of address and the operator at the earliest possible date calls him/her back.

"Finance and Credit" Bank daily receives thousands of clients' appeals – ingoing/outgoing calls, electronic mail, IVR and on-line applications, registered at Bank web-site http://www.fcbank.com.ua, which are processed by 22 operators.
