OREANDA-NEWS. May 14, 2008. The Bank of Moscow drew a \\$ 220 million syndicated loan for a period of 18 months at LIBOR + 0.65% annual rate.

The loan was organized by ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Emirates NBD PJSC and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG. Eighteen banks were involved in loan syndication.

The deal targeted primarily investors in the Middle East and Asia.

"In the arrangement process the initial \\$150 million loan was raised to \\$220 million," BoM Director of Equity Financing and Foreign Relations Department Anastasiya Belyanina said in a statement.

The attracted funds are intended to expand the Bank’s business, including trade financing.
