OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2008. At the very beginning of May the contracts for delivery of equipment for two mining enterprises in Russia were concluded – they are JSC “Novolipetsk metallurgical industrial complex” (NMIC) and Olekminskiy mine, reported the press-centre of plant “Progress”. 

It is noteworthy, that Olekminskiy mine is purchasing equipment for concentrating mill, which is being built anew. Scope of supply includes 2 drying drums of 2,8 m in diameter and 14 m long, equipped with loading and discharge chambers, heat-generators, dust collecting system, 3 disc vacuum filters and 2 belt vacuum-filters.

Each vacuum filter is equipped with filtering elements and receivers. The decision about manufacturer of equipment was taken by Olekminskiy mine during the tender in which Russian and foreign manufacturers took part. With the purpose of coming to agreement in all the questions left, meeting with participation of mine’s representatives, specialists of Trading House and plant “Progress” was appointed.

Equipment to Novolipetsk metallurgical industrial complex is delivered within the framework of reconstruction of one of its workshops and includes a drying drum of 2,8 m in diameter, tower filter press KMP 25 and disc vacuum filter DOO 63.

Equipment for NMIC will be supplied by a representative of plant “Progress” in Central Russian Region – ZAO “Novye tekhnologii i oborudovanie” (CJSC “New Technologies and Equipment”), Moscow.
