OREANDA-NEWS. Starting from 15 May, Ukrainian nationwide daily Syegodnya will be published in new format. Now it is a full-colour issue featuring news of the city and local events agenda for Kharkov citizens, reported the press-centre of SCM Group.

“Since most readers are largely interested in news of the city they live in, we keep following the previously developed strategic plan to localize Syegodnya issues”, - says Guillermo Schmitt, CEO of Syegodnya Multimedia. “One of the reasons for selection of the city to host the branch launch was the fact that Kharkov is the second biggest multi-million city to Kiev. We hope the “new” newspaper Syegodnya will be an integral part of daily life for Kharkov citizens”.

A promotion campaign has been organized to back the launch of a new format in Kharkov. Editorial team of the regional office led by editor-in-chief Natalya Goncharova prepares each newspaper issue: “Kharkov edition of Syegodnya will feature the latest information for Kharkov citizens: decisions of Kharkov City Administration, construction and reconstruction of the city, education opportunities, upgrades of city transportation, city market prices, leisure facilities. So, we help our readers keep abreast of developments in Kharkov”.
