OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 May 2008 Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine announced that it will assign a long-term credit rating to housing bonds (series C) to be issued by Kiev-based Kyivmiskbud-1 CJSC (`issuer` or `company`). The amount of the issue is UAH34.6m, with 1 Ѕ-year original maturity. The company`s principal activity is investing and construction. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider issuer`s financial statements and its other inside information.

A credit rating assigned to an obligor (entity) indicates its capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on obligations. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of Issuer`s bonds.
