OREANDA-NEWS  On 07 October was announced, that TMM's "Triumph" residential complex received a high four-star award in the category "Best High-rise Development in Ukraine" according to the results of the prestigious European Property Awards 2008 held in association with CNBC. "Triumph" residential complex was the only real estate property from Ukraine among winners of European Property Awards 2008.

"Triumph" is located in the park area of Pechersk district in Kyiv. The total area of the complex is 67,9 thousand square meters. The complex consists of a separate 14-storeyed building and two 25-storeyed buildings connected on the level of 17-19 floors. In "Triumph" complex TMM Company has realized its unchanging principle of the "turn key" construction that includes the whole scope of finishing works in the apartments. The project of "Triumph" residential complex includes innovative communication methods: the life cycle of the complex is monitored and managed using modern engineering systems on a real time basis. Thus "Triumph" belongs to the new "intellectual" houses generation.

"Triumph" residential complex has all the infrastructure necessary for well-being of its residents, including 3-level underground and ground guest parking, pharmacy, shops, cafй, restaurant, dry-cleaner and laundry as well as "Triumph" fitness club.

"Triumph" residential complex was commissioned in June, 2008. The solemn opening of the complex is to take place in autumn 2008

The winners of European Property Awards 2008 were represented in 21 different categories and were given four and five-star awards. Supported by a host of well-respected professional bodies such as FIABCI, NAEA and NHBC, the awards were judged by an independent team of experts in the property, design and construction fields, together with property writers and sponsors.

The gala presentation dinner, which was attended by 300 guests from19 different countries represented across Europe, took place in September, 27, 2008 in London.
