OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 October the PBN Company announced that Sarmite Zumbure, a long-time senior manager, purchased the ownership of the firm’s Latvian subsidiary. Effective October 1, Sarmite will operate the company under the name 2C (Corporate Communications).

“Sarmite has been with The PBN Company for more than seven years and has proven to be an extremely capable, diligent and results-oriented communications professional,” said The PBN Company’s President Susan A. Thurman. “This transaction allows PBN to continue to offer our clients effective representation in the Baltics through an affiliation with Sarmite’s company. We are truly excited about the opportunity this transaction offers Sarmite, and look forward to continuing to work with her and her colleagues under this new ownership structure.”

2C will continue to offer corporate communications, public affairs and public relations services to Latvian and international clients.
