OREANDA-NEWS  On 20 October was announced, that the official ceremony of award of All-Russia contest "Corporate Donor of Russia" among commercial companies, engaged into charity and social activities, took place on October 13th, at the State Art Museum of Alexander Pushkin in Moscow.

Amway Russia submitted for the Contest its joint with UNICEF project "Inclusive Education" and won award in Nomination "Best program, contributing to creation of favorable environment for life and work of disabled people – support to disabled people to ensure their equal participation in the life of the society". This nomination was established by the UN Representative Office in Russia. This project was also included into the book "Best practices of companies in the field of charity and social investments".

The contest is organized by Donor’s Forum (non-commercial partnership of grand-giving organizations) under the support of the Federation Council of the RF. Among co-organizers and partners of the contest are: Ministry of Economic Development of the RF, Russian Union of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs, Commission on Charity and NGO Development of the Public Chamber of the RF, UN Representative Office in the RF, Federal Youth Agency, as well as leading Russian mass media. 

Companies-participants submitted 40 CSR projects for the contest, which consisted of 5 nominations, aimed at identifying best corporate social responsibility practices in various fields.

The evaluation results of the projects submitted for the contest show revival of philanthropy in Russia.
