OREANDA-NEWS. February 12, 2009. IBS has a big experience of work on the HR-technology market: it has implemented over 50 projects for such big companies as Gazprom, Lukoil, VTB24, Miel, Svyazinvest, Sukhoi Company, GAZ Group, Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation, etc.

SCICET and IBS started their cooperation in 2008 under joint projects to draft regulatory documentation for forming the personnel reserve of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation.

Career Management Center has developed and tested technologies for monitoring human resources and has drafted and introduced regulatory documents “Statute on Corporate Personnel Reserve System of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation” and “Procedure for Selection and Evaluation of Candidates for Personnel Reserve.”

Presently, the parties are testing methods for building up personnel reserve on the basis of NIIAR. The conclusion of this agreement is expected to stimulate further cooperation between SCICET and IBS in the field of human resource management.
