OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 April 2009 was announced, that an Investment Department has been created, and Alexander Konkov, formerly General Counsel, appointed En+ Group Chief Investment Officer.

The Investment Department will focus on providing centralized management for the current investment projects of En+ Group and raising the efficiency of the projects, as well.

Igor Yermilin has been appointed General Counsel of En+ Group. Prior to this appointment Mr. Yermilin was Deputy CEO (Legal) of Basic Element.

Biographies:

Alexander Konkov

Alexander Konkov was born in 1975 in Moscow; graduated cum laude from the Faculty of International Law of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). He has an MBA degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and a Master of Law degree conferred by the University of Chicago Law School.

Alexander Konkov joined En+ Group as General Counsel in January 2008.

Before joining En+ Group Alexander Konkov held various executive positions in the Legal Department of the Coca-Cola Company, most recently as Coca-Cola's Legal Affairs Director in Eastern and Southeastern Europe, where he was responsible for legal support of all corporate business projects in the region.

Igor Yermilin

Igor Yermilin was born in 1960 in Leningrad; graduated from Moscow State University Law School in 1982 and Georgetown University Law Center (USA) in 1997.

Prior to joining En+ Group he held for five years various executive positions in the Legal Department of the "Basic Element", most recently company's General Counsel.

Prior to joining Basic Element in 2003 Igor Yermilin worked for the Russian Government, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and practiced with major UK and US law firms in Moscow, London, Washington D.C., New York. His transactional background includes debt, equity and project financing, M&A projects and natural resources development transactions.

Igor Yermilin is a member of the New York Bar and admitted to practice law in Russia and in the state of New York in the USA.
