OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 August 2009 was announced, that Belavia Belarusian Airlines had entered into the mutual settlements system (BSP) in the Netherlands. BSP is the system of mutual settlements, that was created to simplify air tickets issuing procedure, preparation of sales reports and to simplify mutual settlements process between agents and the airline for the provided services.

The step was made in order to expand Belavia’s sale of passenger transportation abroad by the accredited agents of IATA (International Air Transport Association) in the Netherlands. 334 air transportation sales agencies are the members of BSP in the Netherlands.

Direct regular flight Minsk-Amsterdam will be opened on August 10, 2009 with the flight frequency 3 times a week. Air tickets for this route are in free sale, the fare is amounted to 249 euros (airport charges are not included). In the near future Belavia will open its own representative in the Netherlands, that will stimulate more efficient work with its clients.
