OREANDA-NEWS. November 02, 2009. The Baku Realtors Association (BRA) has worked actively for establishment of connections with international organizations since the day of its setting up.

Marketing Director of the Caspian Property Services Rena Akhundova said that BRA succeeded in establishment of close connections with the organizations, functioning in the real estate sphere in the USA.

“We held meetings in Washington, Los Angeles, recently in Chicago, where consent was received to render assistance to BRA, both financial and concerning exchange of experience,” R. Akhundova said.

The International Real Property Foundation (IRPF) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) also took an active part in the activity of BRA. “IRPF already allocated USD 30,000  for development of the association,” R. Akhundova said.

According to leader of Marketing Business Analysis Nusrat Ibrahimov, during the  activity of the association business connections were established with the  Russian guild and FIABSI as well.

Caspian Property Services along with New Europe, Baki Emlak and Marketing Business Analysis (MBA) is a founder of the association.

In 1992, IRPF was set up as an independent nongovernmental agency to render assistance in transitional period from planned economics to free market relations in Central and East Europe and the CIS countries.

NAR (the USA) was established as the National Association of Stock Exchange of Real Estate in Chicago, Illinois, in 1908.

The association assists its members to achieve large income and success. Presently, organization has over 1.2 million members, 54 associations of the states and more than 1,400 local associations in its ranks.
