OREANDA-NEWS. March 19, 2010.  JSC SIBUR Holding is planning to expand cooperation with its partners in dynamically developing Asian markets.

The Company's delegation headed by Kirill Shamalov, the Vice President Government Relations, and representatives of Gazprom Neft made a working trip to Korea and Vietnam under the current agreement on international cooperation between SIBUR and JSC Gazprom Neft.

Meetings took place during the visit with Hong-Geun Imom, the Vice President New Assets and Exploration of KNOC, Korean National Oil Corporation, Meyong-Nam Kim, the Vice President of Kogas, the state-owned Korean Gas Corporation, Vu Huy Hoang, the Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Fung Din Thyk, the President of Petrovietnam, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, and vice-presidents of Daewoo.

The matters of joint realization of products of JSC SIBUR Holding in the markets of Vietnam and Korea, and potentiality of partnership in oil refinery and gas processing projects were discussed at the negotiations.

A return visit of representatives of KNOC, Kogas, and Petrovietnam is planned for March or April of the current year.
