OREANDA-NEWS. June 11, 2010. NK “RussNeft”   and the Government of the Saratov Region signed Cooperation Agreement for the year 2010. The document determining the principal priorities of and the parameters of cooperation for the current year was signed by the President of OAO NK “RussNeft” Oleg Gordeev and the Governor of the Saratov Region Pavel Ipatov.

The Agreement provides joint work of the Parties in the field of development of resource and industrial potential of the Region, environment protection, participation in social programs.

In accordance with the Agreement OAO NK “RussNeft” is planning to produce in 2010 at the territory of the Saratov Region not less than 890 thousand tons of oil and gas condensate, 420 million cbm of natural and associated gas. The holding is going to assign for geological survey, processing designing and monitoring of development of the oilfields not less than 88 million rubles. The volume of the investment program for 2010 will amount to 262 million rubles.

Besides, the Company is planning to assign 49.1 million rubles for implementation of the programs of environment protection, industrial and fire safety, labor safety.

The tax payments “RussNeft” will make to the consolidated budget of the Saratov Region in 2010 will amount to at least 580million rubles (+3/6% as compared with 2009). 

In 2010 “RussNeft” is going to assign for implementation of social and economic programs, charity and sponsoring projects  at the territory of the Saratov Region 14 million rubles. Besides, the Company will assign in 2010 considerable funds for social protection of the employees of its subsidiaries in the Region. Thus, the program provides 5% salary growth at the Company’s subsidiaries.

More than 41 million rubles will be allotted for implementation of social obligations within the frames of the existing collective agreements (+20% as compared with 2009). These funds will be spent for rendering financial support to the employees and pensioners of enterprises, recreation organization for employees and their families,

care of the employees’ children at pre-school institutions. In particular, 6.2 million rubles will be assigned for voluntary health insurance.
