OREANDA-NEWS. July 01, 2010. The Belarusian government will partially pay interests on 3.24 trillion Belarusian rubles (Br)’ worth of OAO Belagroprombank, OAO Belarusbank, OAO Belinvestbank, OAO BPS-Bank and OAO Belvnesheconombank loans to crop producers extended in 2010 for procurement of this year’s crop produce, the press service of the president reported with reference to ordinance #301 of the president.

Loans are extended for up to 12 months against a security of local authorities.

Loans totaling 1.24 trillion rubles are extended to pay for supplies for state needs, which will include 990,000 tonnes of milling grain, 530,000 tonnes of rape oilseed, 3.64 million tonnes of sugar beet, 150,000 tonnes of malt barley, 174,000 tonnes of grain for spirit production and 78,400 tonnes of rotted straw.

Loans amounting to 2 trillion rubles will be provided for payments for crops in excess of the state order.

Cash may be used to pay for supplies by individuals that are not registered as entrepreneurs and Belkoopsoyuz organizations.
